At SOVERE / STUDIO, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not perfectly satisfied, we offer returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and protective packaging intact.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package

Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original designer tags and labels are attached.

Ship It Back

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service location.

Quality Check & Processing

Once your return is received at our studio, it will undergo a quality inspection. Upon approval, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
